At TEAMS Learning Center, our teachers are the heart of everything we do. Most of our Lead Teachers hold teaching degrees — some are even working toward their master’s — bringing deep expertise to every classroom. Our Assistant Teachers are actively growing in the field as well, earning Early Childhood Education certificates through Wenatchee Valley College with the support of grant-funded programs.

As a nonprofit, we’re committed to strengthening our community. TEAMS proudly partners with SkillSource and the NCESD program to mentor interns pursuing early childhood careers, and we collaborate with local high schools to provide valuable classroom observation hours. We’re not just teaching children; we’re actively growing and mentoring the next generation of educators.
