CANCELING DROP-IN SESSIONS

Yes, you can cancel drop-in sessions! We give full refund if you cancel 24 hours in advance.  They will show-up on your account as a credit, but you can email wenatchee@teamslearningcenter.org and let them know you would like to push that back onto your paypal.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT THAN DAY CARE?

While traditional daycares primarily provide supervision and care, TEAMS Learning Center focuses on intentional, high-quality early learning. Our curriculum is play-based but purposeful, designed to develop the whole child across social/emotional, language, cognitive, physical, and creative domains.

WHAT IF MY CHILD NEEDS A NAP DURING CLASS? 

At both sites we offer a nap time at 12:00pm.  We allow students an opportunity to rest their bodies while we read stories and play soothing music.  If you child does NOT need a nap we don't force it!  They are allowed to participate in quite activities away from the sleepers.

WHAT TO PACK FOR LUNCH? 

We provide two snacks per day, a morning and afternoon snack.  We ask parents to pack a NUT-FREE lunch.  We are always modeling healthy habits and encourage your child to eat a healthy, balanced meal.  

 

CAN I DROP-OFF LATE OR PICK MY CHILD UP EARLY?

Yes, absolutely! It's still the same price though. 

 

If you decide to pick up early or drop-off later, just know that our classes are structured, so there could be certain things your child might miss out on. We encourage your children to stay for the whole time, so they get the full experience but it's definitely not required. You can always come and go when you need to.

 

DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BE POTTY TRAINED? S

No!  We are ready to support you and your child exactly where they are.  We change diapers every two hours as a minimum (so please pack enough) and ask that you bring a change of clothes - if your child is actively potty training we ask that you pack three changes of clothes.

CAN I CHANGE MY TUITON PLAN? 

Yes!  We offer flexible tuition plans at the Cashmere location. However we do require a 30 day notice to tuition plans.

​CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK-UP MY CHILD?

Yes, if they are on your approved pick-up list.  If the teachers do not recognize someone they will ask to see their ID.
