OUR CURRICULUM
At TEAMS Learning Center, we believe in the power of play to foster learning and growth. Our curriculum is emergent, designed around the unique interests and developmental goals of each child. In our classrooms, you won’t find worksheets, because we believe in PLAY WITH A PURPOSE—a thoughtful, intentional approach to learning through exploration and discovery. By tapping into each child's natural interests, we create a dynamic, supportive environment where learning happens organically, at each child’s own pace.
Our approach is aligned with the NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children) standards, ensuring that our curriculum meets the highest standards of early childhood education. Every activity is carefully chosen to promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development, with a focus on nurturing curiosity and creativity.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
The first five years are the most important in everyone’s life. The development that occurs during this time provides a foundation for all future growth. With a solid foundation built in these early years, our children will grow to be well-rounded, secure individuals.
Each child is unique with personality and character. At TEAMS we celebrate diversity by creating an environment that facilitates self-confidence, respect, and independence. Children learn through experience in surroundings designed to challenge their minds and enrich their spirit of learning.
Our educational program is fun, involved hands-on learning. It is our ultimate goal to support our children in each stage of life through age appropriate activities focusing on social-emotional, linguistic, cognitive, creative, and physical development.
