A WELLNESS WORKSHOP FOR PARENTS

$20 per adult (book early, space is limited)

5-8pm session is available for children at TEAMS Learning Center for $20 per child.

All proceeds raised will support Parent Education at TEAMS Learning Center.

The value of journaling is well-documented. It reduces stress, helps you work through difficulties, and helps you process your thoughts and feelings. In this workshop, learn more about journaling and how to incorporate it into your journey as a parent (or as a parent-to-be). We’ll go through some journaling exercises and have some individual time to write. (no one has to share unless she/he wants to). Snacks will be provided.

Lorna Rose-Hahn has been journaling and writing most of her life. She wrote her son letters when he was in the womb. She is now a full-time mama to two children, part-time writer, and Chair of Write On The River, a literary nonprofit in Wenatchee.
